Jack at Affinity AV recently helped me with a clients website that had a major problem with the ecommerce portion of the site. I spent 2 days trying to figure out the problem and decided to look for help. I found Affinity AV on the Internet and saw that they have extensive experience in the shopping cart that we are using and decided to contact him and see if he could help. After telling him the problem, he said he would "take a crack at it" and within 1 hour he had the problem resolved. Jack was a pleasure to talk to and helped me out of a major jam.
