Central to our process is our milestone schedule. Our milestones mark key points in the project that require action by us or the client in order to move on to the next phase in development. Milestones keep our projects on time and keeps our client and our development team focused on where were are and where we need to be in the process cycle.

Our Development Process

1. Introduciton & Interviews    

• We are introduced to the client's marketing challenges    
  
• Discuss client's goals and asparations.    
  
• Research the client's market space

2. Structure Solution

• Collaborate within Marketing, Art and Technology to find the best solution
• Flesh out website functionality and programming needs    
  
• Present client with a detailed project proposal and time line.
  

3. Design & Build-out

• Collect client's imagery and information assets    
  
• Develop site map    
  
• Develop the homepage layout mockup    
  
• Develop secondary page layout mockup (if applicable)
  

     Initial Build-out

• Install CMS and associated 3rd party components & modules        
  
• Develop the website template(s)        
  
• Create the site hirerarchy sections and categories        
  
• Create initial content pages with dummy content
  
• Create Navigation menus
• build out any main component functionality (webstore etc)    
  
• Test Initial Usability
  

4. Create Content      

• Sort and vet gathered imagery according to content page needs    
• Copy write content pages    
  
• Edit imagery and insert into content    
  

5. Test, gather feedback from client - repeat 

6. Train / Deploy / Support 

7. Measure website success against initial goals 

8. Adapt client's website and marketing strategy to improve results
